How do I open an account?
Click "Create account" (linked with create account) in the upper right hand side of our homepage and complete the process. You will need to complete 3 steps of registration before your betting account is ready for use. Please make sure to fill in all the details correctly. If incorrect information on your betting account has been submitted, your account will be deactivated. You may be asked to provide us with identification ID, which will confirm information you have inserted during the registration process.
I have forgotten my password?
Click on this link: Forgotten my password, enter your email address registered with your account and hit "Send new password" to generate a new password. If you do not receive your password within a few minutes, please ensure that your mail server did not classify the e-mail as spam and therefore automatically put the email in a separate folder (Junk e-mail folder).
I have forgotten my username?
Send an email to support@triobet.com and include the answer to your "Secret question". If you don’t remember the answer then please supply your address, phone number and date of birth.
How do I find my “Secret question”?
First you must be login to your betting account. Click on “My account” and “Edit account details” and down you will find your “Secret question” and “Answer”.
How I can make a printscreen (screenshot)?
A printscreen (sreenshot) is a copy of your screen which can be attached in an email and sent so we can see your payment has been made. A printscreen is created by opening the window where the payment has been completed and by pressing Alt+PrtSc. After pressing Alt+PrtSc, the printscreen has to be pasted into a word-document or paint before being sent as an attachment in the e-mail.
How do I find user ID?
Login to your betting account and click on “My account”. There you will find your user ID, Full name and your registered email.
Your user ID contains digits only and is usually 3 to 6 digits long. Your username can be found in the upper part of our webpage, once you have logged in into your betting account.
I have forgotten my registered email address.
Send an email to support@triobet.com and include the answer to your "Secret question". If you don’t remember the answer then please supply the address registered with your TrioBet account, your phone number and date of birth.
How can I change my registered email address?
You can change your registered email address by logging in to your account and visiting “My account” and then “Edit account details”.
Can I have more than one betting account in TrioBet?
No. According to rule 1.9 on our Rules page ''It is not allowed to have more than one betting account per customer.''
Are my personal details that I have inserted safe at TrioBet?
Information given by a customer to TrioBet cannot be given or sold to any third part for commercial reasons. In any case of account abuse, TrioBet can provide your information to other interests so they can obstruct abuse.

In what currency can I open a betting account?
You have an opportunity to open your betting account in EUR (Euro), EEK (Estonian kroon), LVL (Latvian Lat), LTL (Lithuanian Litas) and USD (US dollars).
How do I make a deposit to my account?
There are four ways to make a deposit into TrioBet´s account:
1) Credit card. For security reasons we ask to send copy of an ID and Credit Card (both sides), before you can start using it.
2) Bank Transfer. See "Deposit info".
3) Moneybookers. See "Deposit info".
4) Bank link transfer (when you have account in Hansapank or SEB Eesti Ühispank in Estonia and your location is also in Estonia)
Please note: A customer may only make deposits to their own TrioBet account, and only with a credit card issued or from a bank account or e-wallet account held in their own name.

What conversion rates are you using?
We are using most recent market rate from www.xe.com and rates are updated regularly.
How quickly deposit will be credited to my betting account?
1.) Deposits with a credit card will be transferred to your betting account immediately.
2.) Immediate bank transfers (available in Latvia and Lithuania) will be added to your bank account within few minutes. NB! You will receive new unique payment reference number for each deposit
NB! Do not forget to enter your username/user ID into payment details field.
3.) With a bank link transfer/instant bank transfer money will be added to your account immediately.
4.) Deposits with Moneybookers accounts will be credited to your TrioBet account immediately as soon as all required deposit steps have been completed.

What is the Internet Banking Payment Assistant?
Internet Banking Payment Assistant (available for immediate bank deposits in Latvia and Lithuania) is used to provide instant feedback about successfully confirmed bank deposits so that we can add funds to your betting account immediately. It is a significant improvement over Regular Bank transfers, where we get the information about your deposits only after 1-3 business days when funds arrive at our bank account. The implementation of Payment Assistant is similar to banklink solutions.
Does Internet Banking Payment Assistant store any of my personal information?
No. Your internet banking login information is never stored by our system.
What should I do when funds have been deducted from my internet bank account but they have not arrived to my betting account?
When you have made immediate bank deposit and funds have not been received in your betting account, please contact our customer support at support@triobet.com. Please provide information about your name, user ID and a screenshot of your bank deposit.
Can I make a deposit to my friends TrioBet account?
You can only make deposits using your personal bank account, Moneybookers or credit card issued on your name.
Are there any fees for deposits to TrioBet betting account?
TrioBet does not charge you with any fees for deposits. However, banks, credit cards and e-wallets do. The fees will vary, so please check our “Deposit” section.
How do I make a payout?
To make a payout, login to your account and click on "Payout". Enter your bank details and click on "Register". Enter the amount that you would like to withdraw and click on "Payout" to accept.
You can withdraw funds to your e-wallet accounts such as Moneybookers.
All payouts are normally handled through an ordinary bank transfer.
Does TrioBet have a withdrawal minimum amount?
For bank withdrawals, the minimum amounts are: 200 EEK, 15 LVL, 75 LTL, 60 EUR ( to other EU countries) and 100 EUR/100USD (countries outside EU). Moneybookers minimum withdrawal amounts are: 25 EUR, 30 USD, 350 EEK, 15 LVL and 80 LTL.
What are IBAN and SWIFT and where do I find them?
IBAN is an international bank account number and SWIFT is the international code of your bank. Both make international banking transaction easier. The numbers may be listed on your bank statement, in your e-bank under “Bank”, “Settings” and “Account No, name, IBAN”. If you are unable to find this information, please contact your bank and ask them.
How quickly will my withdrawal request be transferred to my bank account?
TrioBet will process your withdrawal request as soon as it is registered. Bank payouts are handled manually through an ordinary bank transfer and transfers can take up to 3 banking days.
TrioBet processes your Moneybookers withdrawal request during working hours Monday to Sunday 9-17. During these times we are trying to process your withdrawal request as soon as possible, however, it may take a few hours before you receive the money in your account.

The maximum limit is individual from one bet to another. If you try and place a bet and the amount exceeds the maximum limit you will receive a message telling you the amount that you are allowed to place on the bet.

What should I do if I would like to place a larger bet?
If you want to make a bigger bet on a particular match, you can send a request for extra stakes through the 'manual acceptance' function on our website. This will pop up automatically when you try to place a bet that's over the limit. Our bookmakers will then decide if we can raise the limit and by how much, and you will get a response within 30 minutes. The function is available 08:00 CET to 00:00 CET.
Outside these hours, you are always welcome to write your request (including match, odds and stake) to support@triobet.com, and it
will be considered.
How can I keep track of my bets?
Login to your TrioBet sportsbook account and click on "My account". You are now able to see your transactions and tickets.

How do I place a single, system bet, multibet and/or banker?
Single
Place a bet on the outcome of an individual game or arrangement.
If for example you wish to bet 10 EUR on Arsenal vs. Liverpool with the odds 2.00 for Arsenal, your possible winning would be (10 x 2.00). If Arsenal wins your net profit in this case would be 10 EUR.
System bet
Place a bet on a combination of three or more games in one single ticket.
You can choose to bet on certain combinations of games out of the ones that you have chosen (for example 3 triples combining four games), or all combinations of your chosen games (singles, doubles, triples and combinations of four games).
Multi-bet
This is where you place a bet on the outcome of more than one game or arrangement. In a multi-bet all the results of the games has to be correct for you to win.
Banker
In a system bet you can choose to have one or more so-called banker games. The outcome of the banker game has to be correctly chosen for you to win the ticket.

What is 100% theoretical payback?
TrioBet offers 100% theoretical payback on certain matches from time to time; this means that we have removed our own profit margin. You will receive some of the markets highest odds for all outcomes.
100% odds (or close) match
100% odds match - odds on the betting outcomes without bookmaker comission. 100% odds on the match mean, that if you bet all possible betting options on presented odds (1-x-2 or 1-2) for the same gross win on each outcome, you will not lose your stake.

How do I create a poker account?

This means that there is another poker account (with the Microgaming network) registered on your computer already. For security reasons we only allow one registration per computer, due to possible manipulation with multiple accounts.

How do I deposit money to my poker account?
Depositing money into your poker account is a two step process. First, you need to deposit money into your TrioBet account. Then you need to transfer the money from your TrioBet account to your poker account.
After depositing money into your TrioBet account, open up the TrioBet poker client. Once the client is open, click "Login" and then "Bank". The Poker Bank will then open. The money you have deposited from your sportsbook account will be displayed in the "TRANSFER FROM SPORTSBOOK" box on the left. To transfer money from TrioBet to your poker account, enter the amount in the "Buy poker chips" field of the "TRANSFER FROM SPORTSBOOK" box on the left. Then click "Buy" and the amount will be transferred to your poker account and you are ready to play.

How do I withdraw money from my poker account?
Open the "Poker Bank". In the "TRANSFER FROM POKER" box on the right, enter the amount of chips you would like to cash out in the "Cash in poker chips" field. Then click "Cash In."
After this, log in to www.triobet.com and you will see the amount in your balance. Click "Payout" to transfer the money to your bank account. You will need to register your bank account before you can make a withdrawal.

Send an email to support@triobet.com from your registered email address and include the following details:
- Your alias and your friend’s alias
- The amount that you would like to transfer (in €)

How can I find the password for a freeroll?
Some of the freeroll tournaments that TrioBet offers are private tournaments; they require a password for you to be able to participate. These tournaments are arranged in cooperation with different societies and associations, and those organisations will provide a password to you if you are eligible to participate.

What happens if I loose my connection during the game?
You will not loose your money or any winnings if you loose your connection to our server during the game. All games are logged separately, and if an error should occur all the information will still be available.
