The games offered on the Skill Games channel of the website www.triobet.com are operated by GamArena AB (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), a partner of Nordic Gaming Group Ltd.

Eligibility
To open a Skill Games account and/or to participate in any tournament offered, the user must (1) be a natural person, at least 18 years old or older if required in the user’s locality; and (2) be physically located in a country in which participation in the tournaments offered is unrestricted by law. The rules governing competitions, contests and tournaments with entry fees and/or prizes are set up by each individual country and/or local government. It is the user’s responsibility to participate in tournaments only if participation is not restricted or prohibited by the user’s country of residence.

Username
The user must choose a Skill Games username on completion of registration. The user is responsible for all actions taken under that username and shall only use or utilize the service using the user’s own username. We recommend that the user chooses a sensible/memorable username and password and keeps them securely. The user must make every effort to keep his password safe and should not disclose it to any third party. The company is not responsible or liable for any losses or problems the user suffers as a result of the disclosure of the username to third parties. The user must not choose a username that is offensive to other players. The company reserves the right to close any Skill Games account with a username that is reasonably considered to be offensive.

Accounts
Only one Skill Games account is permitted per user. The user may not use the Skill Games service by means of another person's account. Should the user attempt to open more than one account, under own name or under any other name, or should attempt to use the service by means of any other person's account, the operator of the Skill Games service, GamArena AB, is entitled to immediately close all of the user’s accounts and bar the user from future access to the network.

Disputes
Each user of the Skill Games service is fully responsible for paying any and all monies owed by it to other users and/or to TrioBet. Any claim which a user may have for payment of winnings in respect of losing wagers by another user are against that other user, not TrioBet and not the company operating the Skill Games. Each user is fully responsible for paying all monies owed to any other user using the Skill Games service and assumes all risks of receiving payment from other users.

Games
The user should ensure to have read and understood the rules of the Skill Games available through the service. The user agrees to abide by the rules of each of the games as published and periodically changed on the site. These game rules form part of the terms and conditions under which the user plays. The company reserves the right to determine the results and winners of each of the games. By registering and/or participating in any Skill Game or tournament the user agrees to be bound by these determinations. The list(s) of winners is posted on the site following each game and/or tournament. The company reserves the right to repeat/show a winning game, played by a user, on the site to other users.
As an End User, the user is not allowed to affect the outcome of any game and manipulate the game result by any other means than those provided within the game. In the event that the Network Operator deems the user to have tried to manipulate the game result, it will take any rectifying action it sees fit including immediately blocking access to the Service by the offending End User, terminating such user's account and/or seizing all monies held in the relevant user account.

Collusion
Collusion occurs when two or more users attempt to gain an unfair advantage by sharing knowledge of the Skill Games or other information to other users' disadvantage. Any user who attempts to or colludes with any other user while using the service may be permanently banned from using the service or software, across the network, and their account may be terminated immediately. The company will do its best to investigate complaints registered against users suspected of collusion. If the company is informed during play about suspected collusive behavior, it may, in its sole discretion, terminate suspected users' access to the service and/or block their accounts. However, under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any loss, whatsoever, sustained by the user as a result of the collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity of any person using the service or the software.

Artificial Intelligence
The user is not allowed to use any software program endowed with artificial intelligence, including without limitation a robot, in order to assist the user in the use of the Skill Games service. In the event that the company deems it has been used, the company reserves the right to take any action it sees fit, including immediately blocking access to the service and/or the network to the offending user, terminating such user's account and seizing all monies held in such account.

Intellectual Property
The user acknowledges and agrees that the information found on the Skill Games service and the technology driving it is a trademark of the company, a service mark, copyright, trade secret, patent and/or a proprietary right (collectively "Intellectual Property"). The user agrees not to rent, lease, loan, distribute, create derivative works, copy, re-use, modify, adapt, attempt to decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt or discover the source code of all or any portion of this site, deploy any type of query program on the site, create improvements, or seek to obtain intellectual property protection on the content found on the site.

Governing Law
The terms and conditions relating directly to the Skill Games service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Finnish law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
The Skill Games are licensed and regulated by the Provincial Government on Åland. The license number is K 14/05/5/129 and the license was granted to GamArena Ab and Ålands Penningautomatförening on 19 January 2006. The Skill Games on this site are executed by GamArena AB and operated in cooperation with TrioBet.

Termination
The company may terminate the user’s Skill Games account (including the username and password) if (1) for any reason it decides to discontinue to provide the service to TrioBet, (2) the user has breached any of these terms and conditions, (3) the use of the service has been in any way improper or breaches the spirit of this agreement, or (4) for any other reason that the company sees fit.
